FEAR and LOOTING-2

We watch with baited breath and we watch the KURDS in the North hell bent on reclaiming what they believe is theirs. The TURKS think not and that is another problem, another bone of contention. No end of term feel here. The spin doctors have their work cut out, but there are only 360 degrees in one revolution.

We need Saddam Hussein now, more than ever. But we need him to face an International Court of Human Rights, together with the other two members of this world-bestriding Triumvirate. If they are innocent, then they have nothing to worry about.

To restore IRAQ to the IRAQI people, the world needs to see justice be dispensed properly, and with as much graphic intrusion as we have watched the war. There should be no distinction between our methods of dispensation. We are civilized, after all.

Otherwise, this is another fine mess we've gotten us into. Again, we are not given all the picture. Again, we are not privy to what is really going on. Again, we have to second guess whether we are about to stand on a land mine or a damp squib.

We all know the difference between getting egg on our faces and high explosives up our butts. One is Farm Fresh- the other stinks. OK.
