IDEA! How to find the Weapons of Mass Destruction

Ok. We can't find any Weapons of mass Destruction in Iraq. Well, how about the suppliers of Weapons of Mass destruction. They should be easy to find. Anyone in the West who is in the munitions industry must have some infantry(inventory?), no, I like infantry, records of sales of arms made over the past 20 years. I met one of these salesmaen of death in Chile in 1990, wearing khaki shorts, khaki shirt and 'Middle East Issue' khaki jacket looking like a priest on holiday. Our governments employed him to sell to any unstable regime worldwide, then he retired to places like Chile in the winter living like a country gentleman. They must have records that could pinpoint exact locations for drop-offs, exact amounts of heinous equipment and even amounts of money received for such merchandise.

Suddenly, nobody knows Jack Schitt about any of it, but if I buy or sell a drawing, purchase equipment, sign a contract, my government is obliged to know about it for tax purposes, or for any goddamn reason at all, if they so wish, so let's see their records of armaments deals- or weren't there any? Ho! Ho!
